#artmonkey72 #freerange Project Nationwide Commencing Spring 2014
My alterego Artmonkey72 returns in this new Nationwide project. Born from a love of street art, intervention and general misbehaving, this project is very close to my heart. It is essentially for me a different way of displaying work outside of the white cube space - and it's also a lot of fun!!
The basics are: I make a piece of sculpture that may relate to the chosen drop off point (site specific), and then I take it to that point and post clues on social media. It's really that simple!!
Quite a few people have claimed pieces so far and have been very happy that they did :) Don't take my word for it, check out the Twitter responses for the project below.
